Intsika Yethu Newspaper recently hosted a successful Business Expo at the Ntabankulu Multi-Purpose Community Centre (MPCC). The event was part of the publication’s commitment to community involvement, aiming to empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Ntabankulu.
The expo showcased a vibrant array of local businesses, featuring young entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and passion for their ventures. The flea market was diverse, with exhibitors including: Farmers displaying fresh produce, beauticians offering their services, designers showcasing handmade clothing, entrepreneurs selling frozen chickens, cosmetics, and more. The event brought the community together to support local talent, and it was inspiring to see the enthusiasm and ownership among young entrepreneurs.
The Business Expo was supported by various stakeholders, including: Ntabankulu Local Municipality, Alfred Nzo District Municipality, Sedfa, APAC, SARS, DEDEAT, Nafcoc and Lungi Events. These stakeholders each shared their role in supporting local businesses and ways to help them grow and improve.
